This Really Sucks
After my dad passed, I heard a lot of phrases that would hit me the wrong way. You know the ones looking for the silver lining, but when you’re in the heart of grief it’s the wrong time to hear them. So I wanted to create a card with the only phrase that my immediate family could agree on in the moment: This Really Sucks.
Progress not perfection
A print I made as a daily reminder that I’m aiming for progress and that aiming for perfection just holds me back from making any progress.
Courage
Something that I always hope to have and not let fear get in the way. The word will always stick out to me because my art teacher would sign off with it.
